Japanese sign painter, illustrator Sketch who collaborated with Deus Ex Machina for the 2016 Spring Summer collection will present the exhibition "Silly Plan" at The Residence of Impermanence, Deus Harajuku's basement gallery.
The "Silly Plan" is an ecel collection of wit conjured up by the aloof artist. He says to come see what he’ll pull out of his refrigerator…… something ‘cool’….
During the exhibition, a limited selection of Tees, posters and other fun items utilizing his creations will be available. Don't miss the chance if you are in town!
Location: The Residence of Impermanence, Deus Harajuku, basement gallery 3-29-5 Jingumae, Harajuku, Shibuya, Tokyo 150-0001
Exhibition: 22nd April 2016 (fri) ~ 8th May 2016 (sun)
Slidetoberfest is what happens when you throw boards, bikes, and Bali into a blender and forget to put the lid on. Born to celebrate the Deus Temple of Enthusiasm’s opening, at fifteen years of age, it’s an annual excuse for organised mayhem… part pilgrimage, part piss-take, all heart.
Some projects start with a vision, others start with a tear-down. This one began as a brand-new 2024 Triumph Bonneville T100, and quickly became something else entirely.
The crack of dawn on a Saturday saw us chuckin' three of our race bikes into the back of the van. The crew was buzzing. We’d got a call from the Tasik Adventure mob, and when they say they're throwing a party, you just show up, no questions asked.
