Deus Ex Machina Bali mengumpulkan tim untuk mengikuti lomba pantai bersama 200 peserta lainnya. Dede Juntha, Dewa Dimas, Kevin & Gede Ardhi menjadi empat pembalap yang ditunggu-tunggu untuk berlaga di beberapa kelas berbeda. Keempatnya akan berkompetisi di kelas Chopper Style under 400cc, Custom Bike Under 250cc, Big Dawg FFA Non Trail Kami telah membawa tiga motor dari toko kami untuk balapan kali ini. Yamaha SR400 tahun 1976 kami, Hondal GL Pro 135cc, dan Triumph Bonneville milik Kevin. Untuk memastikan kami dapat memperbaiki dan menyesuaikan dengan cepat, Arwin dan Koko, alias The Deus Bengkel Boys, tim bengkel kami yang luar biasa di Canggu, didirikan di tenda paddock kami .

Tenda kami dikelilingi teman-teman dari Bali dan kota lain, seperti Bckyrd Custom (Bali), Katros Garage Motorcycle (Jakarta), 645 Magz (Jakarta), Tasix Adventure (Bali), dan Afternoon Cruisin’ (Bali). Semua orang bersiap mempersiapkan sepedanya di tenda paddock sambil menunggu air pasang kembali meluncur ke laut dan membuka lintasan balap kami yang akan segera dimulai.

Tepat pukul 13.00, panitia mengacungkan jempol kepada kami. Acara diawali dengan kelas FFA Chopper Bike yang diikuti oleh Dede Juntha dengan menggunakan Honda GLpro 135. Sebelum balapan dimulai, kedua pembalap yang bersaing harus memainkan suwit Jepang

"Batu, Kertas, Gunting" untuk memilih posisi mereka - kiri atau kanan pada awal. Hal ini dilakukan karena jalur kiri berada lebih tinggi di atas pantai, dimana pasir yang lebih longgar dan lebih kering sedikit lebih menantang. Namun, tantangan ini tidak ditanggapi dengan keluhan melainkan dengan antusiasme, unsur keberuntungan dan kemampuan pengendalian motor yang terampil pada roda belakang (rear wheel steering ) yang liar di pasir kering yang licin.

Pada hari kedua balapan, kompetisi berkurang menjadi beberapa final.Dede Juntha, Dewa Dimas & Kevin sama-sama berhasil lolos. Sayangnya, Dewa Dimas sempat tersingkir dari kedua kelas yang diikutinya pada babak penyisihan hari pertama. Final kelas Chopper Dede Juntha harus mengalah dari tim Debian Bali disaat motornya tidak bisa melewati sulitnya medan pasir pantai yang sudah berantakan di jalannya dan akhirnya menduduki posisi juara 2 di kelas ini. Sementara itu di kelas Big Dawg Chandra dari Front Wheel garage yang hampir saja mengalahkan Kevin dengan motor Royal Enfield Guerillanya , namun tersalib di ujung track oleh motor Triumph Bonneville yang dipacu maximal oleh Kevin yang akhirnya menduduki posisi nomer 1 di kelas Big Dawg.

Hasil beach race kali ini sangat luar biasa untuk team Deus Ex Machina dimana Dede & Kevin mendapatkan podium 2nd & 1st di tahun ini . Suasana balapan di tepi pantai, cuaca bulan Agustus yang indah di Bali, dan berkumpulnya para pecinta sepeda motor di acara tersebut membuat kami semakin terhibur dan terhibur. Setelah itu kami mengemas motor, peralatan, dan tenda paddock, dan melanjutkan semangat dengan menuju area acara utama, terlebih dahulu mengagumi berbagai sepeda motor dan mobil yang dipamerkan, kemudian melanjutkan ke tempat mereka menggelar penampilan terakhir band, kelas dunia beraliran musik rock dan metal dari Bali, seperti Navicula, Jangar

Deus Ex Machina Bali put a team together to join in with about 200 other competitors. All eyes were on our four riders: Dede Juntha, Dewa Dimas, Kevin, and Gede Ardhi, all of whom were entered into a few different classes. They competed in the Chopper Style under 400cc, Custom Bike Under 250cc, and the Big Dawg FFA Non-Trail. We brought three bikes from the shop for the race: our '76 Yamaha SR400, a Honda GL Pro 135cc, and Kevin's Triumph Bonneville. To make sure we could fix and tweak things on the fly, Arwin and Koko (aka The Deus Bengkel Boys) set up in our paddock tent which was surrounded by mates from Bali and other cities, like Bckyrd Custom (Bali), Katros Garage Motorcycle (Jakarta), 645 Magz (Jakarta), Tasix Adventure (Bali), and Afternoon Cruisin’ (Bali). Everyone spent the morning getting their bikes ready, just waiting for the tide to go out and reveal the track for our race.

Right at 1:00 PM, the organisers gave us the thumbs-up. Things kicked off with the FFA Chopper Bike class, with Dede Juntha on the Honda GL Pro 135. Before each race, the two competing riders had to play rock-paper-scissors to pick their starting position—left or right. This was a big deal because the left lane was higher up the beach where the sand was looser, drier, and more of a handful. But no one was complaining; it just added a bit of luck and required some serious skill at wrestling the rear wheel through the slippery dry sand.

On the second day, the competition had whittled down to the finals. Dede Juntha, Dewa Dimas & Kevin all managed to qualify. Sadly, Gede Ardhi got knocked out of both his classes in the first day's qualifying heats. In the Chopper final, Dede Juntha had to concede to the team from Debian Bali when his bike just couldn't handle the chewed-up sand on the track, landing him a solid 2nd place. Meanwhile, in the Big Dawg class, Chandra from Front Wheel garage on his Royal Enfield Guerrilla almost had Kevin beat, but Kevin gave it everything on the Triumph Bonneville and managed to overtake him right at the end of the track, snagging 1st place.

The beach race results were bloody awesome for Team Deus, with Kevin & Dede scoring 1st & 2nd place podiums this year. The whole vibe - racing by the beach, a perfect Bali August day, and hanging out with all the motorcycle enthusiasts—was an absolute blast. We made short work of packing up the bikes, gear, and the paddock tent, so we could head back up to the main event area. We checked out all the insane bikes and cars on display before settling in for the final couple of performances from the world-class Bali rock and metal acts, Navicula and Jangar.
